We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our Project Management team. This role will play a key part in the coordination, planning, and execution of construction projects, ensuring smooth administrative operations and clear communication between departments.
General Description:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the BUS team on planning, and facilitation of projects.
Essential Duties:
Some college coursework preferred; coursework or background in construction or project management a plus.
1–2 years of experience in a construction or project management environment preferred.
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities, with excellent follow-up skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Proficient in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
Strong adaptability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks, including standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, squatting, and occasional lifting or pushing of materials up to 25 lbs.
