Education:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field experience preferred.
- Relevant experience may be substituted for degree.
Experience:
- 5+ years of combined recruiting experience in both agency and corporate environments.
- Experience building job descriptions from scratch for various roles.
- Proven ability to meet/exceed performance goals and expectations.
- Experience with behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
- Experience with candidate screening and onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in social media recruitment and job posting creation.
Language Skills:
- Spanish bilingual (written and verbal) required.
Recruitment & Compliance Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employment laws, and best practices.
- Knowledge of FLSA classification and compensation structures.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms).
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), with preference for iCIMS.
- Strong computer skills.
